How to use the essences… Altogether there are 13 handmade flower essences and they are offered as a journey over around 6 months. In the kit you are provided with a guide to let you know the order in which to take the essences as well as affirmations that you are invited to speak as you take each one. You will take the first essence until it runs out (around 3 weeks), then you begin the second essence and so on. There are 3 essences that you can take alongside the others throughout the journey. These are for relaxation, mood lift and connecting to yourself as a natural and divine Mother. There is also an essence specifically for if you choose for your baby to be immunised. This will support your baby to reap the benefits of the immunisation and shed all else in a safe and gentle way.
