My dog is now on his third medicine for seizures, and this third the side effects begin before the benefits- they take 6 weeks to hopefully show up. Meanwhile weekly, my little guy and I are sleep deprived. I added CBD- long overdue- he is now able to sleep and weekly has turned into almost 10 days and better nights all the way around. Which I had started much sooner. He is calmer. I read NIH studies. I’ll check his liver enzymes, but I feel confident these add to his quality of life which is all that matters. When he doesn’t have that… well, we won’t mention, but hard decisions will be made that are right for the fella.
